Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience as a behavior interventionist with ASD.
• At least 1 year supervising ABA programs and training staff.
• Experience with children with autism in home and school settings.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee behavior treatment programs for clients with ASD.
• Work in school and home settings to support children in natural environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and schools to implement behavior plans.
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Conduct face-to-face supervision during direct treatment sessions.
• Update treatment plans and support behavior interventionists.
• Document progress and write initial assessments and reports.
• Interface with funding agencies and attend IEP/IFSP meetings.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
