Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead ABA services for children with ASD. You will conduct assessments, design and implement individualized ABA programs, and provide direct services while supervising caregivers and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 2 years ABA experience required.
• Significant knowledge of ABA and familiarity with community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and identify client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct ABA services and implement interventions.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers to ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
