Job summary

The Area Supervisor ensures proper merchandise presentation, safety, and adherence to company processes, while leading front-end operations and loss prevention efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Supervise store operations and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and maintain security procedures.
• Oversee front-end operations and cashier training.
• Maintain stockrooms, merchandising areas, and back stock to policy.
