Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage front-end pace, line management, and customer wait times.
• Ensure stockroom organization, receipts, and back-stock processing.
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives across the store.
