Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong English fluency.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic math in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Associates and Front End operations to maintain store standards.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-merchandised store environment.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and break coverage.
• Train and coach staff on cash registers and loss prevention.
• Support inventory control and receiving merchandise.
