Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock room organization.
• Lead front-end operations to manage lines and provide fast checkout.
• Train and coach associates on cash handling and loss prevention.
• Assist in payroll administration and scheduling when needed.
