Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates as Manager on Duty, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times.
• Execute Company Best Practices and maximize productivity at the Front End.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies, and Front End procedures.
• Control break schedules, ensure equipment works, and manage front-end recovery.
