Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep the store clean at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security practices; protect assets and ensure loss prevention.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end procedures and basic POS usage.
• Manage end-to-end front-end operations including break scheduling and cashier coverage.
• Oversee merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and back stock handling.
