Description

• Applicants must be willing to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. The stores include:

Bremen, GA; Calhoun, GA; Carrollton, GA; Cartersville, GA; Cedartown, GA; Dallas, GA; Douglasville, GA; Mableton, GA; Rome, GA; Villa Rica, GA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Store Manager Training program with travel during training period.
• Post-training, receive ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain sales staff.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Monitor sales and coach team members.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support credit department with account collections.
• Manage inventory and oversee warehouse and delivery operations.
• Contribute strategic ideas for growth.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and build trust.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Physical & Professional Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
