- Willingness to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. Possible locations include: Bremen, GA; Calhoun, GA; Carrollton, GA; Cartersville, GA; Cedartown, GA; Dallas, GA; Douglasville, GA; Mableton, GA; Rome, GA; Villa Rica, GA.
- Store Managers oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires ownership at all levels.
- Participants will be in our Store Manager Training program, receiving instruction on success strategies. Some travel is required during training. Post-training, ongoing support is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top Sales Associates
- Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Monitor sales and coach for results and growth
- Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Support account collections with the Credit Department
- Manage inventory and product flow
- Oversee warehouse and delivery operations
- Contribute strategic ideas for growth
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset

- Leadership experience in retail or customer-focused environments
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams and build trust
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Availability to travel for meetings or support nearby stores
Physical Requirements & Expectations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Work in warehouse and delivery environments as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required
