• Applicants must be willing to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. The potential store locations include:

Bremen, GA; Calhoun, GA; Carrollton, GA; Cartersville, GA; Cedartown, GA; Dallas, GA; Douglasville, GA; Mableton, GA; Rome, GA; Villa Rica, GA

Role Overview

Store Managers oversee all store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Candidates will undergo a Store Manager Training program, which includes travel during training. Support and ongoing training are provided after store assignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top Sales Associates
2. Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service
3. Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally
4. Monitor sales and coach team members for growth
5. Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards
6. Support credit department initiatives for account collections
7. Manage inventory and ensure product flow
8. Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency
9. Participate in company initiatives and contribute strategic ideas
10. Lead with integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or customer service
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate teams and build trust
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel as needed

Physical & Professional Expectations

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
• Work in warehouse/delivery environments as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required)
