Job summary

You will open/close the store, oversee Associates, maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure merchandise presentation and cleanliness. Responsibilities cover safety, customer service, brand standards, merchandising, stockroom management, loss prevention, front-end supervision, fitting rooms, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, cleanliness and a friendly shopping environment.
• Lead safety, loss prevention and front-end operations.
• Train and coach staff on cash handling, signage and procedures.
• Coordinate stockroom, receiving and back-room organization.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
