Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication is required.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise store operations when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain friendly, easy-to-shop environment with proper merchandise presentation.
• Lead front-end operations, cash handling, and checkout efficiency.
• Monitor loss prevention practices and safeguard store assets.
• Oversee merchandising, stockroom organization, and back-stock control.
• Provide coaching and supervision to Associates to ensure standards are met.
