Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Previous customer service experience and supervisory exposure preferred.
• Familiar with point-of-sale equipment and POS applications.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean stockrooms.
• Enforce loss prevention practices and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Lead front end operations, train associates on registers, and manage checkout flow.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
