Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience or an equivalent combination of education.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an efficient freight flow process and maintain a well-organized backroom.
• Oversee merchandising and product placement to company standards and drive sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards meet company policies.
• Support scheduling, technology use, and daily store operations for efficiency.
• Travel on an as-needed basis.
