Candidate should have 4+ years of retail management experience, proficiency with Google tools, and familiarity with HCM/BI tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams to meet merchandising standards.
• Oversee freight flow, backroom organization, and stock levels.
• Ensure customer service excellence and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with store leadership to optimize schedules and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory turnover and implement merchandising strategies.
