• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

• Support store programs to maximize revenue and achieve goals.
• Lead in the absence of the Store Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
• Reconcile daily funds according to closing procedures.
• Oversee freight flow and backroom organization for 24-hour turnaround.
• Leverage technology to optimize scheduling and freight management.
• Collaborate with Store Team Leader to maintain inventory levels and display standards.
