Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment with proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies across the store.
• Coach front‑end processes, cashier procedures, and shortage control policies.
• Assist in back‑room operations, stock handling, and floor replenishment.
• Support loss prevention and administrative duties as assigned.
