Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and Associates.
• Provide outstanding customer service and treat people with respect.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage front-end staffing and ensure efficient checkout operations.
• Oversee back-room organization, stockroom cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate payroll administration and scheduling as assigned by Store Manager.
