Job summary

Rug Doctor is seeking a full-time Area Service Representative to support our retail network in the San Francisco area. You will deliver products and service display/equipment while delivering outstanding customer care to established accounts.

The role requires maintaining clean, stocked displays and inspecting rental machines along an assigned route, with occasional Saturday work and a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs).
• Able to work independently on a route and in varying climates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service the display/equipment for retail accounts.
• Maintain rental displays, ensuring cleanliness, stock and functionality.
• Inspect and service rental machines on the route.
• Provide superior customer service to store staff and customers.
• Work full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday as needed.
