Job summary

Rug Doctor is looking for a full-time Area Service Representative in San Francisco to manage the delivery and service of rental products in retail locations. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities include maintaining rental displays and ensuring equipment operates effectively. The role requires independent work and problem-solving abilities, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/raise up to 50lbs and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Must meet physical requirements such as bending and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service rental displays at retail locations.
• Ensure rental equipment is clean, stocked, and well maintained.
• Provide superior customer service to retail accounts.
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.
