Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or technical field.
• Typically 10+ years in HVAC/building systems or complex B2B sales with multi-market leadership.
• Proven track record in service sales growth, recurring revenue, and profitability.
• Knowledge of service offerings, planned service agreements, and CRM-enabled sales management.
• Ability to coach leaders and drive accountability without direct reports.
• Comfortable communicating with executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into market priorities and execution plans.
• Deliver operating plans for service volume, revenue, margin, and retention.
• Ensure executable priorities with clear roles, defined motions, and accountability.
• Diagnose gaps by market and account, then drive corrective actions with leaders.
• Lead a consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cadence across the Area.
• Enhance pipeline quality, velocity, and CRM adoption across markets.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy and align actions with performance data.
• Build relationships with key customers and executives to accelerate growth.
• Drive new bookings, renewals, and lifecycle value selling.
• Collaborate with enablement and operations to improve service attachments.
• Coach frontline leaders through influence and strategic account planning.
