Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in HVAC, building systems, technical services, or complex B2B sales.
• Proven ability to lead through influence without direct reporting authority.
• Strong knowledge of service offerings, contracts, selling models, and CRM-enabled management.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into market priorities and execution plans.
• Deliver operating plan for service revenue, margin, and retention.
• Ensure market-level execution with clear roles and accountability.
• Diagnose performance gaps and align corrective actions with leaders.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly service sales cadence across the Area.
• Drive pipeline, improve opportunity quality, and CRM adoption.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy and manage risks with data insights.
• Build relationships with key customers and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales enablement to drive strategy adoption.
