Role Description

The Area Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Orleans, LA, responsible for overseeing service operations within an assigned territory. This role includes managing service technicians, scheduling and coordinating work orders, and ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance, repair, and warranty responses for mechanical systems. The Area Service Manager monitors service performance, supports customer inquiries, and maintains strong relationships with facility owners and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include reviewing job status, prioritizing resources, supporting technical troubleshooting, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and preparing basic reports on service metrics and costs. The role collaborates closely with internal teams to improve processes, support project handoffs, and maintain consistent service delivery across the area.

• Previous experience in service management, facilities management, or a related field; experience in mechanical contracting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a relevant associate or bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Orleans, LA, with occasional travel within the assigned area as needed.
