Role Description

The Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Zanesville, OH, responsible for overseeing daily service operations for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration projects. This role coordinates service schedules, assigns and supervises technicians, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Service Manager communicates with customers, provides updates on service work, addresses escalated concerns, and supports accurate estimates and invoicing. Day-to-day activities include monitoring workload, managing parts and inventory for service calls, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and maintaining clear documentation of jobs and service records. The role also involves coaching team members, supporting training, and collaborating with leadership to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in HVAC or refrigeration service management, including supervising field technicians and coordinating service schedules.
