Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in sales leadership.
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol products and SGWS portfolio.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales consultants.
• Develop territory sales plans to achieve goals and objectives.
• Communicate territory plan in regular team meetings.
• Coach consultants on pre‑planning, notes and opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities using Proof Sales.
• Assist in talent hiring, performance, and terminations as needed.
• Monitor expenditures to align with budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
