Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol products, SGWS portfolio, and key product features.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales consultants; evaluate performance against goals.
• Develop territory sales plans to achieve goals and objectives across customer segments.
• Create regular team meetings to communicate the territory plan and priorities.
• Coach consultants on building a robust pipeline and maximizing opportunities.
• Analyze expenditures and manage budgetary alignment for the team.
• Talent management including hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
