Job summary

A Head for Profits in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of technicians, and drive sales growth within a defined market. You will report to the Regional Manager, manage budgets, coordinate with brewers, wholesalers and retail clients, and provide leadership across the market.

Requirements include an associate degree or three years of management experience, strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, and beverage-dispensing industry familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3 years of management experience.
• Hospitality/beverage industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and coordinate with BQTs/BSTs, providing guidance and coaching.
• Oversee market's operational requirements and performance obligations.
• Ensure line cleaning route coverage to maintain operations.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving while upholding AHFP values.
• Manage tools and technologies as needed in the market.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to execute sales goals and budget.
• Monitor market trends and gather competitive information.
• Communicate important information to the Regional Manager.
