What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals
- Lead the sales process from initial contract through negotiation and closing
- Travel extensively within the territory to build relationships and conduct sales meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in a B2B sales environment, preferably in automotive SaaS or hardware sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with automotive industry operations and technology landscape
- Experience using a CRM methodically for sales success, preferably Salesforce.com
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
