Job summary

Snap Finance US is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area to operate autonomously within your own territory.

As an outside B2B salesperson, you will travel daily to meet prospects, build merchant relationships, and communicate Snap’s unique value proposition to close deals and grow revenue.

If you are highly self-motivated, energetic, fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and have a proven track record of meeting sales goals, join our growth-focused FinTech team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of outside B2B selling or 7+ years of outside B2B sales.
• Proven track record of success in face-to-face selling; confidence in selling and closing.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player.
• Ability to manage weekly schedule and meet sales goals.
• Excellent time management and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective merchant partners in your territory using leads, data, and social media.
• Travel daily to meet prospects and customers in person.
• Build relationships and communicate Snap’s value proposition.
• Use reports to uncover revenue potential within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to grow business.
• Address competitive threats and merchant concerns.

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager in the Philadelphia PA area to work autonomously in their own territory. We are a FinTech company that is experiencing tremendous growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, outside salesperson who wants to be part of something big. To excel in this role, you'll utilize your past outside sales experience to work your own territory. You’ll need to be self-motivated, willing to work hard, be a creative problem solver, and establish and maintain client relationships.

How you'll make an impact:

• Use company-provided data, leads, online searches, and social media to contact prospective merchant partners in your territory
• Work out of your car as you travel daily to meet prospects and customers in person.
• Build relationships with merchant partners, understand their business objectives and effectively communicate Snap’s unique value proposition
• Utilize reports and data to uncover additional revenue potential within your merchant portfolio.
• Work closely with Client Success Managers to grow business from your portfolio of merchants.
• Address competitive threats and resolve merchant concerns.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–4 years of outside B2B selling or 7+ years of experience in outside B2B sales
• Proven track record of success in face-to-face selling; confidence in selling and closing skills
• High energy, a bit of swagger and a tenacious team player
• Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable sales goals
• Must be highly self-motivated and create and manage your schedule each week
• Excellent time management, ability to handle stress and professionalism
• Excellent face-to-face, writing and phone skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
