Hakes Brothers is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the Sales Organization across communities, drive closings, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey.

You will coach, train, and evaluate the team, manage pipeline and pricing, and collaborate with Construction, Marketing, and HR to achieve company goals. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to exceed business plan commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Required: At least three years' of directly relevant sales experience
• Preferred: Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Required: High School diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Psychology or other relevant field

Aufgaben

• Lead the Sales Organization to achieve/Exceed business plan commitments.
• Coach and train via weekly 1-1s and model presentations.
• Authorize and sign off on new agreements, addenda, and design addenda.
• Develop annual sales goals with the Division President.
• Oversee pipeline, pricing, and closings; ensure data integrity in systems like HubSpot.
