Tempur Sealy is seeking a Tempur-Pedic Area Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Tempur-Pedic products across stores in the designated area. This role also supports store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and may involve opening or closing duties.

The position requires 1–3 years of retail experience with luxury or premium products, strong sales skills, and the ability to train and lead others in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' retail experience with high-end products or equivalent.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Proven ability to lead, train and direct others in-store.
• Familiarity with current retail software/systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Travel between stores within the geographic area to support teams and drive performance.
• Provide leadership across the sales process, focusing on customer service and brand standards.
• Continue to perform Retail Sales Associate duties at a high level.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving store and team issues.
• Support merchandising, implement company programs, and handle other store needs.
• Resolve problems within the sales team and escalate larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
