Flowers Foods, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking an Area Sales Director to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors, manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and track sales data. You will build strong accounts and ensure promotion and display execution in the market.

You will collaborate with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze opportunities, adjust strategies using consumer insights, and drive revenue growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD sales and Independent Distributors (IDs); manage customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Track sales data and identify opportunities; ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
• Collaborate with Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales using consumer insights to adjust strategies.
