Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead direct store delivery initiatives and distributor relationships.

You will support independent distributors, grow the customer base, and ensure promotional and display execution in the market. Working with a Market VP and Sales Enablement, you will analyze market opportunities, leverage consumer insights, and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Grow the customer base and seek new selling opportunities in the market.
• Track sales data and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure promotion and display execution.
