Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support store performance across multiple locations in the Lynnwood area. You will lead sales processes, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain brand standards while supporting the Store Manager with staffing and merchandising tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience in luxury or custom products, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Knowledge of current best-practice retail methods, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to collaborate, lead, and follow.
• Flexible schedule based on store hours.
• Fluency with current retail software and computer systems.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods.
• Ability to lift items occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving store and sales-team problems.
• Assist with merchandising, implementing company programs, and other store needs.
• Solve sales-team problems and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Open and/or close the store and cover management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
