Mattress Firm in Redwood City, CA is seeking a store leader to elevate the in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority. You will drive best-in-class product presentations, execute selling programs, and support an omnichannel customer journey.

As a key coach for associates, you will mentor team members, ensure merchandising standards, and help achieve store financial targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.

• Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs
• Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a customer-centered store environment
• Lead resolution of customer-related issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals
• Coach associates on selling practices
• Ensure execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units
• Provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert
• Assist with training store associates
• Promote coaching to improve customer experience and selling aptitude
• Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
• Ensure product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards are followed
• Follow procedures for product transfers and proper inventory documentation
