Job summary

Jobtailor in Marietta, MS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate with leadership responsibilities to drive store performance and guest experience.

You will lead customer service, merchandising, and staff training while upholding the Tempur Sealy brand standards and company policies, and you will open/close the store as needed and collaborate with the Store Manager on improving operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Knowledge of current best-practice retail methods, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to collaborate, lead, and follow.
• Flexible work schedule reflecting store hours and needs.
• Fluency with current retail software and computer systems.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and occasionally lift items with or without assistance.
