HDR, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Area Safety Manager to lead site safety programs across our projects. You will develop and review site-specific SH&E plans, support project managers, and help ensure compliance with federal and state safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years technical experience or educational equivalent in occupational health/safety field.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of OSHA & ANSI regulatory standards.
• Ability to instruct and facilitate SH&E training courses.
• Team-oriented with exceptional written and oral skills in support of SH&E requirements.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and support implementation of site-specific SH&E plans.
• Train project managers on subconsultant safety requirements.
• Review pursuits to identify SH&E risks and mitigations.
• Educate local safety coordinators on SH&E requirements.
• Demonstrate SH&E auditing, inspection and incident investigation protocols.
• Deliver SH&E training including confined spaces, lockout, fall protection and first aid/CPR.
