Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an Area Director of Revenue Strategy to lead revenue management and commercial strategy across multiple properties. You will collaborate with operations and commercial teams to optimize pricing, distribution, and market share while driving profitability.

Ideal candidates hold current Hilton and Marriott RM certifications, with strong analytics, leadership, and strategic planning skills to steer cross-property initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading revenue strategy for multiple properties or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of revenue management and commercial strategy initiatives across multiple properties within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of KPIs to assess effectiveness of revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with GMs, sales directors, and marketing managers to develop integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand factors to adjust pricing strategies.
• Analyze historical data, booking patterns and demand forecasts to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to generate reports and track performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OTAs, GDS, and other partners to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with property teams to negotiate contracts with group and corporate accounts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate insights into area-wide initiatives.
