Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks an Area Director of Revenue Management to maximize revenue, profit, and market share for two hotels: the Denver Tech Center property and the AC Minneapolis. This role requires strategic pricing, market analysis, and leadership across properties.

The position emphasizes Marriott systems expertise (One Yield v2, ERS, CI-TY), advanced Excel skills, and strong communication. A hybrid schedule with four on-site days and one remote day per week is provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of revenue management experience
• Multi-property experience preferred but not required
• Expert in Marriott systems including One Yield v2, ERS & CI-TY
• Excel proficiency and data presentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share for rooms and function space
• Develops pricing strategies based on market conditions to achieve sell-out and profitability
• Collaborates with GMs and Sales Leaders to align business plans with budgets
• Works with Sage Revenue Management Team on planning and strategy
• Maintains relationships with OTA Market Managers and third-party sites
