Job summary

Sage Hospitality, partnered with Marriott Denver Tech Center and AC Minneapolis, seeks an Area Director of Revenue Management to maximize revenue and market share for two hotels. You will drive pricing strategies, forecast revenue, and guide distribution with senior leaders, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment.

The role requires 3-5 years in revenue management, strong Marriott system knowledge, and advanced Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Four year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required.
• Multi-property experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Marriott systems including One Yield v2, ERS & CI-TY.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share for two hotels.
• Partners with GMs and Sales Leaders on pricing strategies.
• Develops monthly room revenue forecast within 5% accuracy.
• Participates in Annual Business Plan development and strategic mix.
• Works with team to optimize distribution and rate positioning.
