Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the assigned area and act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Enforce company operational processes and safety practices.
• Assist with front-end operations, loss prevention, and merchandising duties as needed.
