Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets and business units.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Contact applicants via phone, email, text, and recruiting platforms to maintain engagement.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders.
• Support hiring goals by driving interview attendance, candidate pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics.
• Assist with hiring events, open interviews, career fairs, and large-scale staffing initiatives.
• Travel as needed to recruiting events, hiring locations, and community functions.
• Monitor candidate background screenings and ensure timely follow-up on pending items.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the pre-employment process to maintain engagement.
• Schedule orientation, FDOW, training, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with recruiters, onboarding personnel, and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions.
