This role blends recruitment operations, candidate management, and community outreach, requiring travel to events and hiring locations. The incumbent will support onboarding, coordinate interviews, and monitor recruiting metrics while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driver certification.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets and business units.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Contact applicants via phone, email, text, and recruiting platforms to maintain candidate engagement.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders.
• Support hiring goals by helping drive interview attendance, candidate pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics.
• Assist with hiring events, open interviews, career fairs, and large-scale staffing initiatives.
• Travel as needed to recruiting events, hiring locations, and community functions.
