CLIENT is seeking an Area Property Operation Manager to oversee facilities, security and maintenance for a four-days-on-site role in Warrington & Cheshire. The candidate will manage complex stakeholder relationships, asset performance and contract suppliers, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
The role requires strong FM experience, leadership skills and a track record in capital maintenance programs.

Contract Length: 31/1/27 initially
Location: Warrington & Cheshire (4 days/week on site)

Rate: £550/day (Umbrella)
Candidates MUST be based within a commutable distance
You should have strong experience in property and FM disciplines and be able to demonstrate compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements in previous roles.
Responsible for the management of the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services. Ensure that the needs of the organisation, employees and visitors are met. Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, and quality. Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate. Manage the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
