Job summary

C+C Apartment Management LLC in the New York area is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee site operations and align financial performance with regulatory requirements across a diverse multi-building portfolio.

The role includes supervising AGMs and administrative staff, coordinating with NYCHA and LIHTC/Section 8 programs, supervising rent collection and arrears, and ensuring timely budgeting, reporting, and CAPEX project execution for the properties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Property Management Operational roles at large scale properties with degree.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (Rent-Stabilization, Section 8) and affordable housing.
• Proven financial acumen, budgeting, and reporting for multi-entity portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site staff incl. AGM and admin, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance, leasing, and occupancy management.
• Manage payroll, PTO, and staff overtime; enforce policies and SOPs.
• Liaise with NYCHA, LIHTC/Section 8 programs, and legal matters as needed.
• Oversee rent collections, arrears, and related AR/AP processes.
• Direct CAPEX projects and working with builders on bids and contracts.
• Monitor compliance with inspections (REAC, MOR, API) and reporting deadlines.
