You will partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to hit business goals and support continuous improvement.

The role requires 2+ years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or Amazon experience), and flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in variable temperatures and weather environments including outside loading
