Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.

• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in a variable temperature and loud environment.
• Navigate stairs at sites where present.
