Job summary

SBM is hiring an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Phoenix metropolitan area. You will supervise area staff, implement safety programs, manage forecasts and budgets, and communicate with key customer contacts to ensure SBM contract compliance and performance.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field and 2–5 years of experience, with travel to various sites and strong leadership abilities. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to plan, forecast, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise area staff to meet contract duties and SBM specifications.
• Develop forecasts and budgets for the area and propose modifications as needed.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer contacts at each site.
• Prepare and deliver weekly Site Reports to Regional Manager; audit sites regularly.
• Schedule and manage QBR calendar for the assigned area; oversee travel to client sites.
