Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Associates and Stockroom staff.
• Open and close the store; ensure a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Train and coach associates on cash handling and front-end procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and proper stockroom organization.
• Support loss prevention and safety programs.
• Assist Store Manager with administrative duties and scheduling as needed.
